The secret to our worlds’ best tasting Beef Stroganoff is in our farm fresh hand selected ingredients which are slow simmered in small batch kettles. This slow cooked process allows all our Stroganoff ingredient flavors to develop a delectable symmetry like no other.  This classic dish has sautéed pieces of tender beef, yellow onions, and mushrooms which are simmered to perfection in a creamy red wine mushroom sauce, and mixed home cooked egg noodles. Whether you enjoy our Beef Stroganoff at the end of a long hike or after a long day at the office, you will be left feeling fully satisfied.

This process makes for an extra flavorful meal because all the ingredients are simmered at low heat allowing the flavors to cohesively integrate. These fully integrated ingredients are then freeze dried TOGETHER.   1. Tear open pouch at tear notch
  2. Add 8-10 ounces of boiling hot water
  3. Zip pouch and shake  lightly
  4. Let pouch sit on its side for 8-10 minutes
  5. Open pouch, stir thoroughly, and enjoy!
